We want you to be happy with your purchase!! If the product doesn't look or feel right, please email us here and we will make it right!

Returns & Refunds
Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged because they are already personalized. Once the order is placed, we will start the order customization process immediately. Therefore, once the order is placed, we will no longer support changes to the customization information, such as size or color. (If you do need to change, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order) service@presentshouses.com.
If it is indeed our mistake, we will absolutely solve the problem for you immediately and resend a new product. Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds in this case. Please understand that customized products come with your exclusive customization information. Once sold, they cannot be sold again. We appreciate your understanding!

Cancellation
Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified once it is locked.
Please note: Personalized orders are locked as soon as the order is completed, so adjustments cannot be made. Please check all details carefully before completing your order

Free Replacement
This applies to packages that have not moved for more than 3 weeks or far beyond our estimated arrival time. If there is no problem with the delivery address, you will receive a free replacement in a timely manner.
In addition, we will assume full responsibility within 30 days after the order arrives if the product is bumped, damaged or malfunctions due to the fault of our factory or the carrier;
It is very different from the product you ordered, such as your customized information is not printed correctly
Replacement Process:
Please send us an email (service@presentshouses.com) with the following information:
Order number and your email
Video/photo of the defective product
If your claim involves a printing error, please attach photos of the error.
If your claim involves a size issue, please attach a tape measure, stick or ruler in the photos of the affected garment.
If confirmed by our customer service, we will resend you a new product in the above circumstances. We believe that a replacement may help solve your problem. Therefore, we do not have a refund policy.

NOTE:
We do not normally accept exchanges due to customer error such as providing an incorrect or incomplete address. Therefore, please double check your address before checking out.

Please allow 20% difference between the advertising image and the actual item you receive, as sometimes the advertising image may differ slightly from the actual item in terms of color, due to the lighting when shooting or the display of the monitor.

Exchanges with a small fee
In some of the following cases, fortunately, a replacement item can be sent for a small fee compared to the original price:
You received the wrong item/design/size due to a wrong customization entered.
In this case, you do not need a refund for the exchange.
